Form Bs

 

Here are a whole host of Form Bs for all the different posts available on our scheme. A Form B details what you can expect from your post and it outlines things like the learning objectives, teaching programme, rota and so on.

 

A post cannot be approved for GP training without having a Form B in place. That means that for all our hospital posts, the specialty departments will have signed up to the content detailed in their respective Form B.

 

If you find that your experience of the post is significantly different to that detailed in the Form B, please let us (the Training Programme Directors) know as soon as possible so that we can take it up with the department and make things better.
