We practice from a large new medical centre in Wilsden, developed using the PFI model. We have a cost rent surgery in Cullingworth and share room in a small branch surgery in Denholme.
We provide primary care to over nine thousand patients living in Sandy Lane, Wilsden, Harden, Cullingworth and Denholme.
We are a provider of secondary care ophthalmology services for eyelid surgery. We also provide some secondary care services delivered by consultants working in our practice. Our practice nursing team have expertise in prevention and managing chronic disease : diabetes, COPD, asthma and heart disease (primary and secondary prevention).
Our current obsession is working towards advanced access targets, so that our patients can get access to high quality primary care services within two working days. We are trying to deliver these targets at the same time as improving the working lives of all of our team members.
The current Director of General Practice Education, Mark Purvis, was a partner and a trainer at this surgery.
