You have identified a Referral is Needed

  Can you refer in house? eg is there a doctor in the house with a special interest?

Is there a GPSI clinic? (cheaper than most hospital referrals and quicker too)

You can find a list of GPSI clinics on 'choose and book'

If none of the above apply,  refer to local hospital service

But double check on 'choose and book' first because

it might give you other options.

Now code the referral in the medical notes.
