| FALLS PREVENTION PROGRAMME – EXERCISE GROUP
The aim of the Falls Prevention Exercise Classes is to help people reduce their risk of falling and improve their health and wellbeing using an evidence based physical activity approach. The exercises aim to improve strength, balance, co-ordination and general fitness levels. The classes are held once a week for 20 weeks with emphasis on continuing to exercise at home with the home exercise programme.
