ELDERLY

In House

  • Is there a GP or nurse in the house with an interest in elderly medicine?

  • At Ashcroft, if you're thinking about:

  1. Eccleshill hospital admission - talk to Gill and Ashraf first
  2. Ashcroft NH patient? - talk to Ram first
  3. Falls Prevention Programme - talk to District Nurses (click here for falls protocol)
  4. Continence Problems? - talk to District Nurses
  5. Needing Admission? - consider Eccleshill (talk to Gill or Ashraf first), liaise with CIT, discuss complex cases with Pat Hartley (07903 828 802)
