PowerPoint Shortcuts To give a presentation, only a few keys are needed during the actual presentation.
An overview of function keys for the presentation mode can be called up by pressing F5.

How to Edit the Master Slide Use the slide master to make global changes on all the slides in your presentation. For example, if you want to insert an image that appears on all the slides or change the font color for all slides you would do that on the slide master. Accessing the slide master is a little different in PowerPoint 2007 since the old menus and toolbars no longer exist. Instead, you use the Ribbon, a tabbed grouping of commands/icons/menus related to specific tasks. To see the slide master, you display master view. Click on the View tab as shown. In the "Presentation Views" group, click on the Slide Master button. |
