This is an interesting post I came across today.  I hope many of you like it too.   We all get jittery of the thought of patients recording our consultations.  But actually, it is also THEIR consultation.    This post highlighted to me the fact that patients might want to record consultations for positive reasons rather than the negative ones that we get so focused about.  For example, take the patient who is forgetful.  Or the patient who just wants to recap on things.  Perhaps we do need to learn to dance with it than fight with it.
