General comments about this years Trainers' Development Conference 2018
Ramesh Mehay & Sudhir Krishnan (Team Ashcroft)
Please leave some comments so we can see how to tweak it for next year.
In particular, I’d like to hear what you thought of the balance between educational stuff, socialising, networking and just relaxing. Was it about right? Too much educational stuff? Would you like it less structured in the future? How should we go about future Bradford TDC? PS Any ideas for a venue for next year?

Venue is great. I can’t think of a reason to change.
Good balance of structured educational content and time for less formal networking and sharing of ideas
Thanks to the organisers- I really enjoyed this.
I’m about to be a new trainer and found the balance of educational stuff vs social time good.
It was really great to meet the Bradford team and I feel enthused about being a trainer in Bradford.
I also feel that the sessions helped to equip me further and feel more confident as I set out. I felt all the sessions were directly relevant to me.
Great venue too.
Think the balance was good. Personally I prefer to have about this amount of educational content as the other educational sessions which run through the year are not always accessible. Good to have some time for personal and group-wide relaxation. Venue is hard to fault and I’d certainly be happy to come here again.
Thanks Ram and Sudhir for organising what has been a fun AND really informative two days
A really good couple of days and very well organised.
A good balance of professional development, networking and socialising.
The dancing was inspired and a great idea.
I wanted to say a huge Thankyou to you and Sudhir for the time out. I think the balance between the workshops and just socialising was just right and were very applicable to what we need to know moving forward as a new trainer.
Your explanations and analogies always help so much ! Cheers dude ; ) I feel like a stuffed pigeon after all that amazing food Thankyou again !
